"I have been with this agency for almost 2 years and they have been the worst to deal with in all honesty I never do reviews but after everything that has happened to me because of this agency (not State Farm) something needs to be said! In the two years I have been with them I have set up my automatic payments so much I have lost count but still get calls saying my bill is passed due or going to be canceled for non payment so again I set it up for them not to actually set it up! I asked them to mail me the form I had to sign for the automatic payment once to a friends address where I was visiting out of town because they needed it within 3 days instead Cameron changed my address to that friends address causing my insurance to be canceled without my notice and I did not find out until I was calling them to report that I was in an accident and my car was totaled I am now paying for that car because State Farm would not cover it! Now here I am again getting calls after setting up automatic payment telling me I owe money and they are going to cancel me this is the most frustrating agency I have ever dealt with! Do not trust that they will do what they say or change your policy because in my experience they will tell you things are done but not follow through for your own safety if you want State Farm use another agency that will be there and work for you and you can trust these people are not it! Don’t be me and find out on one of the worst days you don’t have insurance because they screwed up! If this keeps even one person from ending up in that situation then this review is worth it!"
